A recipe from a young person for other young people

Alziro Zarur

In 1961 I wrote a document* to the Brazilian Youth. By that time I already exercised the important role of private secretary to the late Founder of the LGW, Alziro Zarur (1914-1979). On that opportunity, I was only 19 years old and invited the Brazilian Youth to close ranks around the great Ideal of Good Will in favor of a better Brazil and a happier Humanity. At the request of my editors I offer you the above-mentioned message that, according to suggestions made to me, was named “A recipe from a young person for other young people”:

Knowledgeable youth of Brazil: You who struggle for the well-being of the Brazilian people, why do you deceive yourselves? Only Jesus’ New Commandment will bring social balance to our Homeland!

Gabriel Estevão

Young people of Good Will: Brazil was once a colony; then a vice-kingdom; after that a kingdom united with Portugal and Algarves; then came the Empire; the Republic; an ascending stairway built by those who saw in these changes a solution to the problems that oppress people. Most died disappointed. Why? Because no one remembered that only Jesus’ Love can make the changes needed for progress.

Students of Brazil: Wake up to the Master! We are not inviting you to follow a static, incomprehensible, absent Jesus! No! Jesus of the New Commandment—“Love one another as I have loved you”—is Jesus reforming for the better, Jesus anti-misery, Jesus in compliance with the Laws that protect the humble.

He awaits you with the tools of progress in the Religion of God!

Tela: Carl Bloch (1834-1890)

Youth of Good Will who seek social balance, think along with me: in the world scenario, each nation, each continent has its function on the planet, as the Spiritually Initiated well know:

Asia: metaphysical function;
Europe: rational function;
Russia: revolutionary function;
United States: economic function;
Our Brazil: cosmic-pacifying function.

And how to transmit such Peace? It will not happen through armed peace, but with the exercise of Jesus’ New Commandment, revealed by the Religion of God.
