Divine Creativity
I usually say that difficulty promotes creativity. We should therefore try to combine the art of innovation, granted by God, with the eternal teachings of the Holy Gospel-Apocalypse of Jesus. It is advisable to analyze and experience the events of life—either personal or collective—at all times in Spirit and Truth, in the light of the New Commandment of the Ecumenical Christ, the Sublime Statesman (The Gospel according to John 13:34 and 35). Then, we will be more capable of finding—through our connection with the Higher Spiritual World and based on the practice of universal values as revealed by the Supreme Administrator of this planet—practical solutions to be transformed into eloquent results, as I require of my competent team at the Good Will Organizations.*

It is timely to point out the recommendation by Robert Herbold, who was the Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft Corporation for eight years: “The problem that affects many creative teams is that they follow many things and pursue many bright ideas. . . . A good number of meetings would turn unique ideas into average ideas. What the groups of people do is they take unique ideas and adapt them to make them totally acceptable to the group as a whole. . . . And that creates mediocrity. Teams exist to improve processes.”
Take note of something I said decades ago: Good management means arriving in advance.
